All rubber blades guarantee a perfect combination of three requirements – the type and nature of the rubber, the quality of the mix and the cutting edge of the blade.
The blades are made of genuine vulcanized natural rubber (NR), which is subjected to compression moulding, item by item, and must have consistent and homogeneous chemical and organic features.

The process of  the raw material is such, to obtain a mix with no impurities that guarantees the vital requisites of perfect molecular dispersion, crosslinking, elasticity, snap, resilience, hardness, resistance to chemical and atmospheric agents, colouring and surface smoothness.
This brings us to the third aspect, namely the perfection and linearity of the blade’s cleaning edge, which depends on the cut made by precision machines and scrupulous quality control.

The rubber blade channel is locked into the handle by means of 2 teeth at the top of the spring that enter the corresponding holes. These are at regular intervals so off-center as required.

The Pulex rubber laminas are internally produced in Italy with TQR process:

• Check of the raw material, real Malaysian vulcanized natural rubber
• Quality control of the mix (perfect molecular dispersion, elasticity and hardness; color and surface uniformity)
• Control of each rubber blade, one by one with a manual final test
• Perfection of the two edges of the rubber
• The parts around the edges must be free of flaws
• Laborious and lengthy tests ensure the quality of the TQR process
• Manual check of each lamina
